Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to IDEA Pharmaceutical. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as IDEA Pharmaceutical is not liable for lost return shipments, and such items will not be eligible for a refund.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. After inspection, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

IDEA Pharmaceutical reserves the right to:

• Approve the return and issue a full refund

• Approve a partial refund

• Reject the return if the item does not meet our return conditions

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. In cases where this is not possible, we may request additional information to process the refund through an alternative payment provider.
