Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and Korean national holidays).

If we encounter issues such as incomplete or inaccurate payment information, processing may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you within 24 hours of becoming aware of the issue.
Shipping Methods & Costs

We primarily ship through DHL, EMS, FedEx, and UPS.

Average delivery time to the U.S. via express couriers is 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package volume, weight, shipping method, and destination country, and will be reflected at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. If your package is held by customs, it is your responsibility to contact the customs office, pay any applicable taxes, and arrange for the release of your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or untraceable due to the courier service, our team will do their best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, SL Medical is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier-related disruptions.
Supporting Documents
Upon request, we can provide supporting documents such as HS Codes, MSDS, or Certificates of Origin relevant to your shipment.
